Kiwi

Game Synopsis:

The purpose of this project was to create a game for MoonRift Entertainment that would be appealing to a wide variety of gamers. Our team developed “Kiwi,” an adorable 2D Auto Scroller with hand-drawn art and original music. You play as Kiwi, a young bird who is on a quest to rescue his parents after they have been captured by poachers. On his journey, Kiwi will travel to three Islands– New Zealand, Australia, and Japan– and face new enemies and obstacles along the way.

Graphite Lab Projects

Synopsis of Work:

At Graphite Lab I helped develop LOL Surprise! Movie Maker and Bratz Total Fashion Makeover for Outright Games Mobile (a video game publisher). Additionally, I helped with a few small user-interface enhancements for Qomp 2. As a Systems Support Programmer I managed 3rd party integrations, fixed bugs, iterated on user interfaces, set up controller configurations, worked on porting tasks for different platforms (mainly Google Play and the App Store), and assisted Gameplay Programmers where needed.

Video Game Palooza Virtual Reality Walkthrough

Project Synopsis:

The purpose of this project was to create an online VR walkthrough of Hope Training Academy’s E Sports Center. By showing off this state-of-the-art facility in an immersive way, it far exceeds what its competitors are doing. Customers already know about their great computer certification programs and now they can take the guesswork out of seeing what their learning environment will look like. People can work hard and play hard in this space, learning IT skills in the classroom and playing video games on the computers and arcade machines.

Video Game Palooza (VGP) is a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit organization owned by Hope Training Academy. It is dedicated to helping end the cycle of poverty for families by introducing kids to STEM programs in a fun and relevant way. The organization also offers underemployed adults important certifications in the area of computer-based careers.

TDULTRA Web Conferencing

Project Synopsis:

The purpose of this project was to continue development on TDULTRA to improve usability and profitability. One of my main roles on this project was building the technical infrastructure for the back-end of the website because the original prototype lacked a way to track users signing up for the different services TutorDudes offers and it lacked file-sharing capabilities for the tutors.
